Our three-phase HMR program will help guide you toward healthy, lasting

- Average weight loss is 38-58 pounds in 22 weeks.
- Weekly in-person group support meetings.
- Receive individual coaching, telephone follow-up, support and assistance
from a trained health educator.
- Phase 1 offers a structured food plan with fast weight loss with meal replacements
(weekly class and weekly call); Phase 2 is maintenance or slow weight
loss with adding more foods in slowly (weekly class and weekly call);
and phase 3 is on your own with once a month monitoring and check in’s.
